Cincom's program of Continuous Quality Improvement aims to achieve quality results that consistently exceed client expectations and industry standards.

To achieve these outstanding results, Cincom has created a program based on the philosophy of continuous quality improvement. Continuous improvement means that even satisfactory results can be improved upon so as to better please the client, reinforce employee satisfaction in quality performance and guarantee long-term client satisfaction. Our comprehensive Quality Control Program includes on-site supervisors, weekly inspections by Cincom Operations Managers and daily communications with your theatre manager.

All Cincom cleaning associates wear uniforms during service hours.
All employees undergo extensive training on many topics.
Guaranteed weekly written inspections by our Area Operations Manager utilizing a customized format.
Each area manager will interface with the theatre's District Manager and individual Managing Director on a weekly basis.
Site meetings involving Site Supervisors and Area Managers are used to discuss findings, changes and share information. No less than once per quarter, the Area Manager fills out a Quality Assurance Report. This report is compared to past reports to assess progress and plan for future improvements, even if there are satisfactory results.
